to both your customers’ satisfaction and your bottom line.
Each ice type has different properties: hardness, clarity, melting/cooling
speed, and liquid displacement, for example - and applications for
which it is best suited. The production process for each ice type
differs considerably, resulting in significantly different utility
consumption and life-cycle costs for the equipment.
